Valentine double drabble

I'm no good at writing Valentines, but I didn't want to let
liars_dance's Valentine challenge go without producing something (though a bit hurriedly).
The quote is from a sonnet by Kit Marlowe.
Who ever loved that loved not at first sight?
The line from the Marlowe sonnet ghosts through Sean’s mind as he shakes hand with the blond man with the lopsided smile PJ is introducing to him.
So this is the new Aragorn.. This is the man in whose arms he will die..
The palm of Sean's hand tingles, and suddenly he knows.
He knows he'll be able to say those haunting words. And mean them.
I would have followed you to the end... my brother... my captain... my king...
Yes, he knows now, and nothing will ever be the same…
***
Who ever loved that loved not at first sight?
The line from the Marlowe sonnet ghosts through Viggo's mind as he loses himself in the clearest, greenest eyes he's ever seen. He murmurs something in response to the introduction and holds the hand tightly.
So this is Boromir.. This is the man he will cry for..
The green eyes sparkle, and suddenly he knows.
He knows he'll be able to cry, because it must be unbearable to lose the light of those eyes, wish the man peace and leave.
Yes, he knows now, and nothing will ever be the same…
