You can ask for (I think) fics in a maximum of 4 listed fandoms, and you can offer to offer fics in a certain number of listed fandoms. There's no guarantee someone will write the fandom you've asked for...
I will probably offer to write Stormy Monday since it's something I've already done, it's going to be hard to narrow down my requests to four fandoms ;)
