On the effects of passive smoke

I had the strangest dream tonight, well more like this morning.
Big clusters of colored balloons kept swirling outside my kitchen window playing with clouds and I was there watching, wearing a dress in a print that looked like one of those fish tank screensavers, with little colored fish swimming around. And they did actually swim and the algae did float around in the current.
